- Internal plaster: continued in the remaining ground-floor flats of Block B.
- Bathroom fittings: concealed cistern tanks and diverters being fixed in the remaining flats.
- Lift shafts: internal plaster continued on the upper floors.
- Staircases and corridors: plaster continued.
- Exterior: front elevation brickwork on Block C and exterior plaster continued.
- Terrace: parapet wall plaster continued.
- Clubhouse: brickwork continued.

Quality and safety
Every finished floor is checked by our site engineers before it is signed off, including tile tap-tests and level checks. Any tile that does not pass is lifted and relaid. Toolbox safety talks were held every day, and no accidents were reported.
