Seven working days, around 72 workers on site each day and 80 on Sunday. Tiling, internal plaster and bathroom fittings moved ahead across all three blocks, exterior plaster continued, and clubhouse brickwork began.

Work this week
- Flats: floor and bathroom tiling on the 1st to 4th floors across Blocks A, B and C.
- Internal plaster: ground-floor flats in Block B, and the lift shafts.
- Bathroom fittings: concealed cistern tanks and diverters being fixed in Block C (1st and 4th floors).
- Electrical: wiring work on the 3rd and 4th floors of Block C.
- Ceilings: first coat of putty on the 4th floor of Block B.
- Exterior: double-coat plaster on the south face of Block A; front elevation brickwork started on Block C; reinforcement and concreting for window projections and common balconies on Block B.
- Terrace: parapet wall plaster on Blocks A and B.
- Clubhouse: layout marked and brickwork started.
- Basement: lift pit brickwork and clean-up.
Completed
- Clubhouse layout marking completed and brickwork started.
- Lift shaft internal plaster in Block C completed up to the 1st floor.
- Concealed cistern tanks fitted in all 4th-floor flats of Block C.
- Diverters fixed in all 4th-floor flats of Block C.

Quality and safety
Every finished floor is checked by our site engineers before it is signed off. This week that included tile tap-tests and level checks. Any tile that does not pass is lifted and relaid. Toolbox safety talks were held every day, and no accidents were reported.
Fewer workers on 2 October because of the Gandhi Jayanti public holiday.
