- Flats: floor and bathroom tiling continued floor by floor in Blocks A, B and C.
- Internal plaster: continued in the ground-floor flats of Block B.
- Bathroom fittings: concealed cistern tanks and diverters being fixed in the remaining flats of Block C.
- Lift shafts: internal plaster continued above the 1st floor.
- Staircases: marking done and plaster started.
- Exterior: double-coat plaster on the south face of Block A; front elevation brickwork on Block C.
- Terrace: parapet wall plaster on Blocks A and B.
- Clubhouse: brickwork continued.

- Staircase marking for plaster in Block C.

Quality and safety
Every finished floor is checked by our site engineers before it is signed off, including tile tap-tests and level checks. Any tile that does not pass is lifted and relaid. Toolbox safety talks were held every day, and no accidents were reported.
